What is the turn around time once an inquiry has been submitted?
Turnaround time varies based on several factors, including the size and scope of the project. Larger projects, such as multiple rooms or larger spaces, may require more time than a single room design. Once you submit your inquiry, I will provide an estimated timeframe for receiving your design package.

How does the consultation for all virtual design services work?
All virtual design services consultations will be done through phone or video call.

Do you provide services for people outside of the US?
Unfortunately at this time we are only providing services in the US.

How will I receive my design package?
Once the project has been completed you will receive your design package via email.

What if a linked product becomes unavailable or its price exceeds the project budget?
If a product becomes unavailable or its price changes, impacting the project budget, the client has two weeks to notify me. During this period, I will source a comparable replacement. After the two-week grace period, Blooming Valley Home is no longer responsible for making adjustments.

What forms of payments are available?
All major credit cards and debit card are accepted with a 2.9% credit card fee. Venmo is another acceptable form of payment that does not require a transaction fee.
